Hello, gypsy scarf. I feel a little boring today. Would you care to join my outfit and spice things up a bit?
h&m blazer, zara blouse, american eagle jeans (from years ago!),
tommy hilfiger booties, thrifted scarf, "s" ring from barcelona,
OPI's lincoln park after dark & OPI's sparkle-licious nail polish
Recognize my scarf? It was my fortune teller turban. Such a great find! I love the colors and print of it, especially the golden shine. It has a little bit of Spanish Moor flavor. I just kind of wanted to wear a crisp neutral outfit and then added the scarf last minute to add a lot of visual interest. It really brightened up my day.
Meanwhile, I wanted to share with you a beautiful pup I saw yesterday in San Clemente. We took a day trip to get lunch and ran into him near the beach. I just wanted to give him a big hug.
You'll soon come to see that I am a huge dog person and there will definitely not be a shortage of cute little munchkins here.
Love the scarf! It certainly adds a little something extra to the outfit :]
ReplyDeleteHey Sylvs! The scarf looks really cute with that outfit. I've looked through a few of your entries and they make me really want to go thrifting. Next time you're in Chicago, we should go.
ReplyDeletei really love the scarf and the way you tied it!

heather - yes, we must thrift! we should go to the broadway antique mall and also, it's not really thrifty but vintage, but lulu's at the belle kay (on lincoln) has the best dresses and costume jewelry and I've been itching for a trip there!
ReplyDeleteJen - I know, I'm obsessed with these shoes. They match almost everything and I wear them all the time. They were totally worth every penny!
Chelsea & Zarna - Thank you!! :)
I love that ring! I'm a sucker for initialed things, especially when it comes to jewelry.
ReplyDeleteThis scarf is so wonderful! I really gives a spicy side to the outfit!
