AV over at long distance loving started this fun friday fancies post to share the outfits she is currently dreaming of and she's invited everybody to share. AV blogs about her long distance relationship with her husband and also on the topic of loving from afar in different aspects of the phrase, such as fashion, and appreciating things as inspiring rather than feeling the desire to have them. This works out great in fashion, as there will always be something you crave and covet but can't have. There are just so many beautiful things. So once in a while, it's fun to dream of the outfits you may never get your hands on.

From all the awards shows to the couture shows and now with fashion week looming, I'm definitely feeling a bit more glamour in the air than usual. So when I started thinking about my fancy this week, I couldn't keep away from this young hollywood glamour look. I imagine a young, fresh starlet would look super chic and glamourous in this yellow Lanvin dress paired with those Alaia calf hair and suede laser cut platforms. It was those shoes, guys. The shoes started the look. What a surprise! ;)
